Skill Level 2 – Some Experience Required

Skill Level 2 aircraft, like this one, are suitable for RC pilots who already have some experience and the skills to assemble, set up and/or fly similar class models. And although this is the easiest to fly Me 262 model yet, it's not a suitable first-ever RC aircraft for new pilots or first-ever EDF (Electric Ducted Fan) jet model for intermediate to experienced RC pilots. You should have the experience and skills necessary to successfully fly simpler EDF models like the E-flite Habu SS (Super Sport) 50mm or 70mm before attempting to fly the UMX Me 262 Twin 30mm EDF.

Are you new to flying RC (Radio Controlled) aircraft? If you are, the UMX Me 262 is not a suitable first-ever RC model and we recommend learning to fly with one of our purpose-built trainer aircraft such as the E-flite Habu STS (Smart Trainer with SAFE) 70mm EDF. The UMX Me 262 is equipped with a control unit/flight controller that includes an ESC and Spektrum receiver that provides real-time flight battery voltage and other telemetry to compatible Spektrum AirWare equipped transmitters (including the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6 to 20, the iX12 to 20, and others) while you fly.

For orders above £120, we offer delivery to most mainland UK addresses. For orders under £120, we can still deliver to Northern Ireland and the outlying isles, as long as the item can be sent by Royal Mail, weighs less than 30kg, and fits within 61cm × 46cm × 46cm. Some highland and remote areas may carry an extra delivery charge as couriers often apply surcharges in these locations. If you live in one of these areas, feel free to contact us before ordering so we can confirm the delivery options and costs for you.
Most of our products include delivery in the price. If your order is under £90, a small delivery fee will apply but do not worry this will always be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
